Asking price: €185,000, this the current offer, however the bidder is waiting for the AIP to be renewed so the house is not yet sale agreed.

Floor area: 74 square meters
Public transportation: 1 Bus line (40 - 50 min by bus from my office). 

NOTES: This a turn-key property! Fully renovated (new window frames and electrical panel), with 2 spacious bedrooms, a great living room with a functioning fireplace, a modern kitchen and a big upstairs bathroom. 

Furthermore, besides moving the previous bathroom to the top floor, the current owners also built a smaller WC on the ground floor (which I call the 'Harry Potter bathroom' for obvious reasons).

It's also very sunny and the back garden is very well maintained!
